The Leasehold Knowledge Partnership is a registered charity. It exists to protect and assist ordinary leaseholders who are unhappy with the service provided by their managing agents- and don’t have the knowledge or ability to change agents.
Client Money Protection
DNA went above the legal requirements in 2014 before our competitors to offer our clients independent safeguarding on any money we hold on your behalf. This has now become industry standard and all agents must be members of CMP. Should you need to, you will be able to claim against the Scheme for the return of your money.
The Property Ombudsman
TPO is the UK’s largest government-approved redress scheme. It offers consumers a free, fair and impartial dispute resolution service. Should you have an unresolved dispute you will be able to use this service.
The Bristol Association for Letting and Managing Agents (BALMA)
We are members of BALMA, and as such must comply with the constitution and the rules of the Code of Practice. We attend regular local meetings and seminars which keep us updated on compliance and the industry in our local area.
